Three apprentices are taken on as young skilled workers at A+F
After successfully completing their training, we are proud to announce that three of our trainees have made the transition from apprentice to young skilled worker. A+F Automation und Fördertechnik, a renowned machine and plant manufacturer for the dairy, beverage and food industries, has decided to take on Kilian Rettberg, electronics technician for industrial engineering, Jonas Kaiser, mechatronics technician, and Simon Schäfer, industrial mechanic, as permanent members of the team.
During their training, the three graduates not only acquired technical expertise, but also demonstrated their personal and social skills. Their performance, commitment and ability to work in a team have contributed significantly to their success. The hiring not only emphasises the confidence in the skills of the young specialists, but also underpins the company's commitment to promoting talent and investing in the future.
